Responsible Gambling

BoutMetrics provides predictions and analytics for informational and entertainment purposes. We believe gambling should always be a form of entertainment, never a source of financial stress.

Guidelines for Responsible Gambling

  • Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
  • Set a budget before you start and stick to it.
  • Never chase losses by increasing your bets.
  • Do not gamble when you are upset, stressed, or under the influence.
  • Take regular breaks and keep track of time spent gambling.
  • Remember that no prediction model guarantees wins — outcomes are uncertain.
  • Gambling should be fun. If it stops being fun, stop.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

  • Spending more money or time on gambling than you intended.
  • Feeling restless or irritable when trying to reduce gambling.
  • Gambling to escape problems or relieve negative emotions.
  • Lying to family or friends about gambling activity.
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling.
  • Neglecting work, school, or family responsibilities because of gambling.
