Privacy Policy

BoutMetrics is a UFC and MMA data explorer with a free social Fight Picks game. Members can study fight data, make predictions, join private crews, and track their records. BoutMetrics does not accept wagers, deposits, or payouts.

• Account: Google account identifier, verified email, display name, username, and optional profile photo. Older accounts may also have a salted password hash; we never store the password itself.
• Activity: picks, results, crew memberships, comments, replies, mentions, likes, and notification status.
• Push subscription: only when you enable browser notifications.
• Security data: essential session cookies and short-lived OAuth state. A connection address may be processed temporarily for rate limiting and security.

We do not currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs, and we do not collect precise location or contacts.

We use this information to sign you in, preserve your picks and statistics, operate crews and comments, prevent abuse, deliver requested notifications, support account recovery or deletion, and improve reliability.

• Anyone with a crew invite link may see that crew's member names, photos, picks, and leaderboard.
• The global leaderboard only includes members who turn on Public record. Crew names never appear on it.
• Crew comments are available only to signed-in members of that crew.
• Your all-time record is public only if you enable Public record in Profile. It is off by default, and crew names are not placed on the public record page.
• Your email address and Google account identifier are never displayed publicly.

Google processes sign-in; your browser vendor may process push notifications; our hosting provider processes requests and storage needed to run the service. Discord may receive operational alerts containing a display name, username, crew name, and invite code when a crew is created or joined. Fight and odds providers supply sports data, but we do not send them your account information. We do not sell personal information.

We retain account and activity data while your account is active so your record remains available. We use access controls, server-side authorization, hashed legacy passwords, and secure cookies, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your account, photo, or posts, email fintechkyle@gmail.com and include your username. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 7 days.

BoutMetrics displays betting odds as information and is intended for users 18 and older. We may update this policy as the product changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
